Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that we require a $100 non-refundable deposit upon booking for all of our locations whether you book online or talk to one of our Customer Service Representatives via phone, text, email, or in-person (such as at an expo). This deposit reserves time in our schedule exclusively for you and does apply to your screening.
Being this is a non-refundable deposit, canceled appointments and no-shows do not receive a refund. If you pay in full upon booking, then cancel your appointment before your reserved time begins, all monies will be refunded minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. If you pay in full upon booking then do not show up to your screening, you will not receive a refund at all.
Mankato Location:
All Mobile Locations (All Locations except Mankato):

Mankato Location:
- If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 7-day notice.
- If you reschedule your appointment with 7+ days notice given to us, your initial deposit will apply to your rescheduled appointment.
- If you reschedule your appointment with less than 7 days notice given to us, you forfeit your deposit and will incur another $100 deposit fee.
All Mobile Locations (All Locations except Mankato):
- If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 14-day notice.
- If you reschedule your appointment with 14+ days notice given to us, your initial deposit will apply to your rescheduled appointment.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment and there is not a location available that works for you upon requesting the reschedule, we will hold your deposit for up to 90 days to allow you to have the opportunity to schedule at a different location or same location but different date if it becomes available. If needed, Mankato typically has an opening available if coming up to the 90 day expiration.
- If you reschedule your appointment with less than 14 days notice given to us, you forfeit your deposit and will incur another $100 deposit fee.
- Special Exemption: If Southern Minnesota Thermography needs to cancel your appointment due to that mobile location not having enough bookings for us to make the trip, we will refund your deposit.
